Sweet Mout Island Cuisine - Catering Policy & Procedures
1. General Policy
Sweet Mout Island Cuisine is committed to providing high-quality, flavorful meals inspired by Caribbean traditions with a health-conscious twist. Our catering service is available for corporate events, private parties, and special occasions. To maintain service excellence, we have established the following policies and procedures.

2. Ordering & Cut-Off Times
Standard Orders (up to 50 guests)
• Notice Required: Minimum 5 business days prior to the event.
• Cut-Off Time: Orders must be finalized by 12:00 PM, 3 business days before the event date.

Large Orders (over 50 guests)
• Notice Required: Minimum 5 business days prior to the event.
• Cut-Off Time: Orders must be finalized by 12:00 PM, 5 business days before the event date.
• Last-Minute Requests:
We will accommodate last-minute orders when possible, but a rush fee of 20% may apply, and menu options may be limited.
3. Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the order.
• Full balance is due 24 hours prior to delivery or pickup.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment apps.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
• 48–72 hours notice: 50% refund of deposit.
• Less than 48 hours: Deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made via email or in writing.

5. Delivery & Setup
• Delivery Fees: Based on distance and order size; quoted at the time of booking.
• Setup: Light setup is available upon request. Full service (including staffing) must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

6. Dietary Restrictions
Please notify us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special dietary needs at the time of ordering. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

7. Equipment & Rentals
If equipment such as chafing dishes, serving utensils, or décor is needed, it must be requested at the time of ordering. Rental fees may apply.
